The Development Office of the 半岛体育 is pleased to announce about the start of the 鈥湴氲禾逵� Fellowship Program for Rights and Justice Practitioners鈥�.听
The Fellowship aims to support scholars, practitioners, and activists who are persecuted or may potentially be persecuted by oppressive regimes or violent non-state actors in their home countries. Based on competitive selection process, 5 fellows were identified who will reside in Bishkek for a period of one year where they will implement individual and collaborative research projects in the field of human rights.
Furthermore,听fellows will present interim findings of their research during the progress sessions of the Summer School to be held in June 2023.In the scope of this fellowship, fellows and two 半岛体育 professors will develop a new module on human rights concentration to be presented to 半岛体育 students, civil society leaders, and academia.
